Pet Scan provides pet identification products and digital pet-profile services that allow pet owners to associate information about their pets with a unique QR code.

Our services may include:

• Pet Scan ID cards
• QR-enabled pet collars and badges
• Digital pet profiles
• QR-code scanning services
• Pet information and emergency-contact features
• Other pet-related services introduced in the future

Certain Pet Scan features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Take responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Each Pet Scan product may be associated with a specific pet according to the product’s intended use.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The information entered into the pet profile is accurate.
• You have the right to provide the information submitted.
• The registered pet information is kept reasonably up to date.
• You do not intentionally register false information.

Pet Scan is not responsible for incorrect information entered by users.

Each Pet Scan product is associated with a unique QR code or identifier. You agree not to:

• Copy or duplicate another user’s QR code.
• Attempt to access another person’s account or pet profile without authorization.
• Modify, manipulate, or interfere with Pet Scan QR codes or links.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.
• Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Pet Scan may deactivate a QR code if it is found to be associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

A person who scans a Pet Scan QR code may be able to view information that the pet owner has made available through the Pet Scan system.

The information displayed may vary depending on the product and its configuration. For example, a collar QR code may provide emergency-contact information, while an ID-card QR code may provide more detailed information about the pet.

Pet Scan does not guarantee that a person who finds a lost pet will scan the QR code or contact the owner.

Pet Scan provides a platform for storing and displaying information supplied by users. We do not guarantee that:

• Pet information entered by users is accurate.
• Medical or vaccination information is current.
• Emergency contact information is reachable.
• A lost pet will be successfully recovered.
• A QR code will result in the return of a lost pet.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information.

Pet Scan may allow users to store information such as vaccination records, medical history, allergies, medications, or veterinary information.

Such information is provided by the user and/or their veterinary professional. Pet Scan does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency veterinary services through its QR system.

Pet owners should consult a qualified veterinarian for veterinary advice and treatment.

Pet Scan may assist owners and finders by making selected information available through QR-code scanning. However, Pet Scan does not guarantee the recovery, safety, or return of any lost or missing animal.

Pet Scan is not responsible for:

• Theft or loss of a pet.
• Injury or death of a pet.
• Failure of a finder to scan a QR code.
• Failure of an emergency contact to respond.
• Incorrect information provided by an owner or finder.

When purchasing a Pet Scan product, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.

Some Pet Scan products may require activation before use. The purchaser is responsible for completing the activation process and providing the required information.

A product that has not been properly activated may not display the intended pet information when scanned.

If a Pet Scan collar, badge, or ID card is lost, damaged, or replaced, the customer may need to contact Pet Scan to determine whether the associated QR code can be transferred, deactivated, or replaced.

Replacement charges may apply depending on the circumstances and the applicable replacement policy.

You may upload information, photographs, documents, and other content relating to your pet. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload such content.

You must not upload content that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Is abusive, threatening, or harmful.
• Is intentionally misleading.

Pet Scan may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Pet Scan name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pet Scan unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Pet Scan materials without prior written permission.

You agree to use Pet Scan only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Attempt to access another user’s private information.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the website or QR system.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Abuse or overload our systems.
• Use Pet Scan for fraudulent activities.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm another person.

We aim to keep Pet Scan services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The website or QR system may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet/network failures, server issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pet Scan may use third-party services for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, authentication, or other technical functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Pet Scan is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Scan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

This includes, where applicable: loss of a pet, failure to recover a pet, loss of information, unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, service interruptions, or incorrect information entered by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pet Scan, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, uploaded content, or unauthorized use of another person’s information or QR code.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or Pet Scan services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, attempt unauthorized access, use the service unlawfully, or create a security risk. Where appropriate, we may deactivate the associated QR code.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Pet Scan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
